Geez, its been like 2 years since i last updated this thing. Id love to say ive been so busy that i havent even had time to write whats been happening but the truth is i havent. Far from it. I guess i should start by saying i no longer have that job i used to. I was coming into the office everyday but i wasnt getting any projects or anything and i kinda felt a little guilty when id play games on the pcs at work so i stopped going, hehe. it started out like a 'if theres a project for me let me know,' but that pretty much ended up with me staying home for like an entire year with nothing to do.

On the plus side, i quit smoking cold turkey and have been goin strong for almost 3 years now and i discovered the magic of old school rock and roll haha. For the past 2 years iv jus been bumming around the house and hangin out with the friends of mine that didnt go away for college. dont really remember much, wich is either really good or really bad, depending on how you look at it. LOTS of alcohol involved haha.

After a while though, i had to move into an apartment building, which honestly isnt so bad. i actually think i kinda prefer it to living in a house. i dont know what it is exactly, maybe its that the rain isnt quite as bothersome or that i get to mooch off of a neighbors wifi but i like it haha. and iv lived here a year and my room still looks like i just moved in haha.

Going back, in the 2 years iv been unemployed i havent had access to a wacom tablet or photoshop for that matter so i havent submitted much of anything. i mean iv been drawing in a few notebooks but id have to go out of my way to scan stuff because i dont have access to the office scanner haha. wow, m a lazy moocher.

so anyway, fast forward to beginning of 2nd quarter this year, a friend of mine got me a storyboarding gig for him and i get regular, pretty much stress free work. i work about less than 3 weeks a month and the best part is that i get to work out of the comfort of my pretty much unpacked home. Its been fun, although i kinda miss the friends i had back in the office. Should give em a call or something.

Ah well. Ill do that another day. Im feeling pretty lazy today.
